Independent Conservatory

The Independent Conservatory contains the exact same curriculum as the Professional Conservatory, but is open to all ages. It is perfect for students who want to pursue music at a professional level, without the restrictions of the Professional track.

Program Structure

– 1 Initial Grade, followed by 8 additional grades (9 levels total)

Lesson Format

Lessons are private, which includes:
– Technique
– Music theory
– Ear training
– Sight reading
Lesson duration is based on the student’s level.

Exams and Promotion

Exams are held at the end of every level that must be passed to move on to the next level.

Attendance Policy

Up to eight absences per school year. Group lesson make-ups are on Saturdays.

School Year

The school year starts at the beginning of September and ends in June.
